The International Programs Office invites KUE students to participate in the supplementary recruitment process for study abroad programs in the academic year 2025/2026

Please note: this program does not offer financial grants, only exemption from tuition fees at the host university; the offer is exclusively for full-time students.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
I. Language qualification
- Based solely on language course grades or external language certificates – applicants who complete the application form will be assessed for language proficiency in USOS and/or on the basis of submitted certificates and attestations.

II. Registration and documents
On-line registration https://ebpz.uek.krakow.pl/ and submitting documents: 04.08.2025 (from 9:00 am) – 14.08.2025 (till 3:00 pm)
Please send the required documents to the following address: rekrutacjabpz@uek.krakow.pl
Scanned copies of your documents should be sent in one e-mail message, till the deadline provided above. Any documents sent after deadline will not be taken into account.
Note: Certificates of activity in research clubs and student organizations should be sent together with other documents.
III. Required documents
– your CV in a foreign language
– a copy of the diploma supplement with the average of grades from the entire course of studies (applies only to first-year students of Master’s studies who studied in another university)
– copies of certificates (optional) confirming: studies in foreign languages (not foreign language courses), participation in a mentor / buddy program, volunteering and/or promotion of UEK.
IPO will download your most current GPA from the USOS system.
