Incoming staff
Incoming visits under Erasmus+ and Ceepus programs
The International Programs Office warmly welcomes foreign visitors to Krakow University of Economics.
We support visits of teachers, PhD students and administrative staff coming under Erasmus+ (KA131,KA171) and Ceepus programs.
We will connect you with the relevant people from the appropriate departments and units. We will help with your invitation, confirmation letter and other documents required by exchange programs. We also provide information on finding accommodation in Krakow (if needed) and useful tips about our city and its region.
Incoming teachers can directly contact our Faculty members. In this case our office requires information such as the name and surname of the foreign guest, the time of visit, the name of the home institution as well as the topics of lectures.
The University does not provide on-campus accommodation.

Complaints and requests procedure
All complaints, comments, requests, or problems should first be reported by email or in person to the respective coordinators of student/staff departures and arrivals. If the issue can be resolved by the relevant employee, it is resolved at the level of the administration of the units dealing with outgoing and incoming students/staff. In other cases, students/staff submit complaints/requests to the Erasmus+ Program Coordinator or the Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Projects. In addition, the university has a Student Rights Ombudsman within the Student Parliament and an Equal Treatment Officer within the Rector’s Committee.
