Unit responsible for teaching and administrative staff mobility: International Relations

Project duration: 

1.06.2016 – 31.07.2018

General rules:

Students receive financial support (scholarship and lump sum for travel) on the basis of financial agreement signed between CUE and the Foundation for the Development of the Education System – programme operator.

The financial support from Erasmus+ EU funds is calculated by multiplying the number of days (calculated in the Mobility Tool) in the incomplete month with 1/30 of the unit cost per month.

Grant will be paid in EUR (individual bank account to be provided by Beneficiary).

Contribution in travel expenses is calculated as a distance between host and home institution – calculator 

Depending on distance there are different rates:

  • od 100 do 499 km: 180 €
  • od 500 do 1 999 km: 275 €
  • od 2 000 do 2 999 km: 360 €
  • od 3 000 do 3 999 km: 530 €
  • od 4 000 do 7 999 km: 820 €
  • 8 000 km lub więcej: 1100 €

Selection rules for CUE students going Abroad

Recruitment for Erasmus+ KA107 is conducted in the same way as for other programmes coordinated by IPO. Detailed rules 

Intake is normally organised XII-I and IV-V.
