International Programs Office invites KUE students to take part in the supplementary intake for study abroad programs in the academic year 2026/2027.

I. Language qualification in the KUE Language Centre
- Details and registration (no EN version of the website available): https://cj.uek.krakow.pl/kwalifikacja-stypendialna/
- Registration: from 17.03.2026 (from 12:00) till 25.03.2026 (till 11:59 pm)
- Language exam (only for students who do not have other confirmation of B2 level) – English: 27.03.2026, other languages: information available soon.
II. Registration and documents
On-line registration https://ebpz.uek.krakow.pl/ and submitting documents:
- Erasmus+ to third countries not associated with the Program: from 20.03.2026 (from 9 am) till 27.03.2026 (till 3 pm)
- Erasmus+, Swiss Government Grant: from 20.03.2026 (from 9 am) till 08.04.2026 (till 3 pm)
Documents should be submitted via on-line registration form.
Note: Certificates of activity in scientific associations and student organizations should be sent to the Student Parliament by March 31st, 2026

III. Required documents
– your CV in a foreign language
– a copy of the diploma supplement with the average of grades from the entire course of studies (applies only to second-cycle students who completed their first-cycle studies at another university)
– copies of certificates (optional) confirming: studies in foreign languages outside KUE (not foreign language courses), participation in a mentor/buddy program (care for foreign students; in the program coordinated by ESN UEK, points are awarded by the students themselves and no certificates are required), volunteering and/or promotion of UEK.
IPO will download your most current GPA from the USOS system.
