CEEPUS intake – summer semester 2026/2027

We invite applications from students who:
- are currently students at KUE in their first or second year of a bachelor’s degree program,
- have completed at least one semester of study with a minimum GPA of 3.4,
- have confirmed proficiency in English or German at a minimum B2 level (a grade of at least 3,5 in a KUE language course at the B2 level or 3,0 at the C1 level, or an external language certificate, or language qualification obtained within the last 2 years).
Recruitment process:
- Submit your application via the ebpz.uek.krakow.pl system – the application portal will be open from May 12, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to May 26, 2026 (3:00 p.m.) – all documents related to the recruitment process must be uploaded through the application portal.
- Required documents: mandatory – a CV in a foreign language (in the language of study abroad); Optional – a language certificate (if to be used as the basis for language proficiency); copies of certificates confirming: studies conducted in a foreign language outside of KUE, participation in a mentor/buddy program (mentoring international students; in the program coordinated by ESN UEK, points are awarded by the mentees and no certificates are required), volunteering and/or promotion at KUE.
- The GPA will be retrieved from the USOS system as of the registration deadline.
