International Programs Office invites KUE students to apply for the virtual exchange program
The application will be available from November 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. through November 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.: ebpz.uek.krakow.pl

Offer:
- Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland
What the virtual exchange entails:
- This is not a study abroad program,
- the program is free for students officially nominated by KUE,
- students take selected courses remotely at the foreign university.
Who is eligible:
- first- or second-cycle students (with active KUE student status),
- students with a confirmed English language proficiency level of at least B2 (grade of 3.5 or higher; for C1, a minimum of 3.0): a language course grade (retrieved from USOS), a language certificate (must be attached to the application), or a language qualification from the last 2 years,
- a grade point average from at least one completed semester (minimum GPA of 3.5),
- exclusively for students who have not been selected for a study abroad program during the summer semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.The 6 KUE students with the highest scores (grade point average + language proficiency points; language proficiency based on the scoring system defined by the UEK Language Center: language courses, certificates) will be selected to participate in the program.

The final decision regarding admission to the program and individual courses is made by the partner university.
