Outgoing students – interested in exchange
This section should be read before deciding to join the recruitment.
Recruitment
International Programmes Office organizes recruitment for the following student exchange programmes: Erasmus+, Bilateral Agreements, Double Diploma, Scholarship and Training Fund, CEEPUS, STEP, ENBS, Master of Public Administration (for alumni) and other scholarship programmes (e.g. Summer Schools, research internships for students and PhD students).
General criteria of qualification
Steps of recruitment:
- Language assessment – conducted by the Foreign Languages Centre (CJ)
- Students are requested to submit a copy of the language certificate (only if a student possesses one, the second copy should be submitted to CJ) to CJ and/or to take an exam organized by CJ.
- Some of host institutions (USA, Canada, Australia) require certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, CPE) confirming very good command (B2) of English language. Students willing to apply for an exchange in one of those countries are obliged to submit a copy of the certificate both to CJ and to IPO, along with other documents.
- The language assessment is held in December/January and April/May.

On-line application is available during the period of recruitment. Students are requested to fill out the form, print it and sign. - Submitting documents to International Programmes Office
Students are obliged to submit printed and signed application form along with the following documents:
Regulations- copy of the diploma supplement with the average grade for the whole course of studies (applies to first year Master’s students)
- CV in a foreign language (language of study abroad). Examples
- copies of certificates (optional) confirming: studies pursued in a foreign language, participation in a mentor/buddy programme, volunteering and/or promotion at UEK.
- certificates of activity in Scientific Circles and Student Organisations should be submitted only to the Student’s Department by the specified deadline
- all documents should be sent in pdf format.
- A document consisting of several pages should be the whole document.the grade point average for the current period of studies will be taken from the USOS system.
