STEP Japan recruitment – Hiroshima University of Economics
International Programs Office invites KUE students to apply for the STEP program – summer semester 2026/2027
First step: ebpz.uek.krakow.pl application – from 08.09.2026 (from 9:00 am) till 22.09.2029 (till 3:00 pm)
Please attach the following documents to the ebpz form:
- transcript of records (from COS – in English, all completed semesters, stamped and signed),
- grade point average (GPA) confirmation (from COS, all completed semesters, stamped and signed).
The second step involves submitting an application to the host university – after preliminary approval by International Programs Office.
Please begin preparing the following documents, which you will need later to apply to Hiroshima University of Economics:
- Health Certificate
- Recommendation Letter (from your thesis supervisor, another KUE professor, or from your employer).
A link to the complete set of required documents will be posted on ebpz and will be available once the application period begins.
The final decision on admission and the award of the grant is made by the host university.
