English Track - Free mover students

Compact choice

The English Track offers a selection of courses in English on business, economics and cultural studies and some options to gain a certificate or a diploma (under special agreements).

 

We are pleased to invite all international students from all over the world. During your stay in Krakow, you will get the opportunity to meet other students from over 250 partner schools and get acquainted with the Krakow University of Economics and the city of Krakow.

 

Independent students, doing the mobility on their own initiative, who have currently enrolled students at higher education institutions on Undergraduate (Bachelor) or Graduate (Master) programs, willing to move for one semester or an academic year to Krakow University of Economics in order to follow an academic program or to take certain courses. 
Free mover students study in universities or higher education institutions don`t have signed an agreement with KUE, or if a partner Institution meets already the quota limit, mentioned at the agreement.

 

KUE offers courses from the field of International Business, Management and Finance. 
Free mover students are obliged to contact coordinators and submit application documents, pay tuition fees.

You will study at KUE Business, Management or Finance in a multi-cultural environment and city of modern companies. 
 
Exchange programme application procedures
 
 
 
1. Application -registration through the Internet Recruitment System (IRKA) - the access code is sent via email
 
Please provide the following information:
  • personal data
  • proof of English Language proficiency (min. B2 CEFR level) - scan (see the criteria)
  • good quality photo in JPG
  • scan of the valid ID (EU citizens) / passport (others)
  • other required information (home university name, home university coordinator contact details, contact person details in case of emergency)
 
Deadlines
EU-students and Non-EU students: 
winter semester  - 31 of May, summer semester - 15 of November
 
 
2. Acceptance letter: you will receive an e-mail of acceptance a few weeks after submission. Non-European citizens will additionally receive an official letter of acceptance which is needed when applying for a visa.
