It is up to the Collegium to identify for the time being one/two persons (hereinafter: BIP Coordinator) within the Collegium involved in the preparation and implementation of the BIP together with the foreign universities.

 

1. The persons appointed to carry out the BIP provide the Office of Foreign Programmes with an application form.


2. The BIP coordinator recruits students/doctoral students to participate in the BIP according to the recruitment rules defined in the group of partners organising the BIP. 


3. Detailed rules of eligibility (identical for all foreign rules forming the BIP), criteria of applying for participation in the BIP, required documents, deadlines and places of submitting the documents, procedure and deadline for appeals, principles of ECTS credit recognition must be transparently published on the website of a given Collegium.


4. The University Eligibility Committee for International Student mobility at UEK makes decisions on the eligibility of students for mobility within the BIP. 


5. A student/doctoral student referred to the BIP is obliged to sign a scholarship agreement at the IPO. Employees - at the International Relations Office.
