Before departure

 

Students qualified for exchange programme are nominated to host institutions by respective coordinator at the International Programmes Office. Students will be informed about application procedure via e-mail.

 

Students who need to apply for a visa will receive official acceptance letter from the host institution.

 

Before departure, it is necessary to prepare and submit the following documents to the respective coordinator at the IPO:

Persons who study on a fee-paying basis have the possibility to apply for a partial fee exemption - an application for a partial fee exemption is to be sent via e-mail together with a certificate of eligibility to a partner university to the Dział Rozliczeń Studentów i Doktorantów.

More details can be found in Outgoing Student Manual. Each student is obliged to read the document carefully.

 

Students qualified for Erasmus+ Programme are obliged to sign financial contract before departure, after submitting complete set of documents.

 

 

During stay:

During the first month of stay students are obliged to  make changes in the Learning Agreement Part 2 During the Mobility section if necessary, send the document signed by partner institution to the respective coordinator at IPO.

 

After completing the semester students need to request the coordinator at host institution for the Confirmation Letter.

 

 

After arrival:

It is necessary to submit the Learning Agreement Part 3 After Mobility to the respective coordinator at the Director of  Institute Office in order to get the final confirmation. Tables F2 and F3 should be completed by the coordinator in case of failed exams.

 

 

After coming back, students are obliged to submit the following document to IPO:

  • Confirmation Letter (signed and stamped by host institution)
  • Report from the exchange (via e-mail)
  • Copy of the Learning Agreement signed by the Academic Coordinator
  • Transcript of records from the host institution

The following documents must be submitted to the Dean's office by e-mail:

 

  • Description of courses completed abroad – in the language of study
  • Learning Agreement
  • Transcript of Records with the grades converted into Polish system by IPO.
