Operational Program Knowledge Education Development (PO WER)
(Program Operacyjny Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój (PO WER))
In the case of the students going for the studies, a person being in the difficult financial situation will receive additional 200€ for each month of the previously accepted stay. Membership to this group is defined by the fact of being qualified for the scholarship for the low-income students at the home university or receiving such scholarship in the semester lasting or ending just before the mobility. The rules concerning awarding the scholarships for the low-income students are described in the act of the Higher Education Law (Chapter 2: The rights and obligations of the students). The membership to the group entitled to receiving the allowance has to be documented at the moment of submitting the mobility application by the student. The above-mentioned rule (that is the granting of the additional amount of 200€ for each month) does not apply in the case of the internship mobilities. The individual support for the students in the difficult financial situation is being paid in PLN from the special budget of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development in the framework of the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development (PO WER). The student can benefit from that grant only one time.
- The persons with certified level of disability receive financing for each month of their stay in the host university and they are obliged to apply for additional financial resources for covering the costs resulting from their disability. The granted amount of the additional financing will be accounted as actual costs, so it will require documentation in the form of the financial evidences;
- The application for additional financing of the student – the mobility participant with the special needs;
- The University rules of granting financing – the mobilities for the studies and the internships 2015/2016;
- The present rates according to the groups of the countries – the academic year 2017/2018.
